Dr. Hartman was absolutely incredible

Dr. Hartman was absolutely incredible. After my 5-year-old daughter had been sick for over a week and symptoms started to worsen, we found ourselves in the Emergency Department (ED) for treatment. He was the most compassionate, caring, and attentive physician I have ever seen. He was caring and interacted directly with my daughter, but also communicated well with us as parents. I did not have to push, ask, or advocate for care for her – he came in and ordered all the tests necessary to figure out the root cause of her symptoms.  Maddy from child life was incredible at walking her thru what an IV is like. This was her first time in the ED let alone being so sick, and the care we received from child life was exceptional. Angela the pediatric nurse was phenomenal and placed her IV with no problem and was so kind. The entire process was absolutely flawless and we had answers and a diagnosis with treatment in only a few hours. I was so impressed with the care from Dr. Hartman and his team, and truly thank them for making a really tough situation turn out to be so great!
