After a successful back surgery, my husband couldn’t urinate and after spending five days in the hospital, he was discharged with a foley catheter. After two weeks it was removed and he still couldn’t urinate, another foley was inserted for fourteen more days during which time he turned 70 and also celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary!! It was removed again and still no luck! Elizabeth Bobo wanted to do some more diagnostic testing to check the bladder and then have a urologist do further checking. They were scheduling into October and November but we had planned a Hawaii trip a year ago and our time was getting close. Jill, Heidi and Angelica in the front office were aware of our situation and literally “jumped over hoops” to make accommodations for my husband to get all his procedures completed in a timely manner. He will have additional surgery this week to take care of his problem of not being able to urinate. We don’t leave for another couple of weeks so my husband has time to recoup before our tip. Our urologist, Dr. Gauthier, Elizabeth Bobo, and all of the front office personal all treated us like we were their only patient they had-almost like we were family!!
