Dr. Buckley made me feel better, as well as my family, about having surgery

I am an employee here at Bronson. On February 8th, I became a patient here at Bronson.  I had an accident at home and needed to be brought by ambulance to the emergency department at Bronson Battle Creek.  Despite being a patient in the ED, I had the best experience that you could ask for.  The ED doctor I saw was Dr. Lin.  He was WONDERFUL.  I wish I could remember everyone’s name that took care of me that night. You all are AMAZING.  I was so scared and in a lot of pain.  Everyone made me feel safe and took my fears seriously.  From that visit, I had to have a referral to Plastic Surgery.  I had the pleasure of being referred to Dr. Buckley.  She is MARVELOUS.  I couldn’t have asked for a better plastic surgeon to do my surgery.  Again, I wish I could remember all of the staff that I saw.  They too were AMAZING.  Dr. Buckley made me feel better, as well as my family, about having surgery.  I had surgery at Bronson in Kalamazoo.  The outpatient surgery staff were the BEST.  I was very nervous on the day of surgery. All of the nurses & doctors I saw that day made me feel less nervous.  I am very proud to be a part of the Bronson family and get to work with all of these INCREDIBLE people.
