Doug stepped up to help his team.

I want to recognize Doug Miller from cardiac health for his teamwork and dedication to delivering exceptional care experiences.

Doug is an exercise specialist, and one of many across Bronson Battle Creek who has ‘stepped up’ when staffing is a challenge.  To support his team during a recent leave of absence, Doug volunteered to work a stretch of 19 consecutive days.  It kept the department adequately staffed – and was an effort above-and-beyond that also assured our patients received the quality care they needed.

I know that there are examples like this across Bronson . . . staff members who routinely support the team and take on extra shifts.  Thanks to you, Doug, and thanks to all who provide positive support for the team  and exceptional care experiences for our community.
