I would like to share how much I appreciate Darcy. She is very helpful, caring, and very sincere. Darcy is very approachable and listens with a caring attitude. Darcy has helped me look at the positive of a negative situation. I feel like when we don’t agree on something we can respectfully agree to disagree and move on, without any harsh feelings. Darcy is very resourceful when I need her help and if she doesn’t have an answer to my question, she will lead me to the source for answers. Darcy takes the time to listen to my concerns without judgement. I can trust that she will not share my personal information to other coworkers. I feel Darcy genuinely cares for employees and is she truly cares for creating and keeping a BROSON POSITIVE TEAM atmosphere at BSH.
