Congratulations to our behavioral health staff and leadership

Today we recognize our behavioral health units at the Fieldstone Center for raising the bar and a strong focus on delivering exceptional care experiences.

Behavioral health is a critical need across the United States.  There are not enough facilities and a national shortage of providers.  Our team at the Fieldstone Center has been working hard to prepare for growth and to assure that we deliver a high quality service for our region.  The results are impressive:  facility and care improvements are advancing, volumes are growing, a new partnership with Summit Pointe is creating opportunities for an improved care model, active provider recruitment is underway, and there is a ‘raise the bar’ culture developing.  And coming to our attention this week – we have just begun measuring behavioral health satisfaction with Press Ganey . . . and early scores are in the TOP 5% nationally.  (YES – it is very early . . . but a great start!)
