Today we recognize staff from across Bronson Battle Creek for continued efforts to improve customer satisfaction and our patient experience.
Last week I promised a bit more about our progress in delivering exceptional care experiences. A short summary review of our most current 2018 scores (through 3rd Quarter) show more than two-thirds of our inpatient questions have improved. Our ‘Rate Hospital’ score is up by 1.5 points and our ‘Would Recommend’ has advanced about half-a-point. As I like to say: the trend is our friend!
More specifically, our ‘Nurse Listened’ score is up 4.5 points, ‘Nurse Communication’ is up 2.5 points, ‘Hospital Environment’ is up 1.5 points, ‘Cleanliness’ is up 3 points and ‘Medication Purpose’ is up 2 points. All are key questions – and all show significant gains.
Moving the needle on patient scores requires the effort of folks from across the organization. Literally every department impacts the scores and every physician, employee, and volunteer can make the difference between a satisfied or dis-satisfied BBC customer.
