A shout out to Chris Horrocks, MBA, Life Support Assistant, Bronson Center for Learning.  I was under a deadline to complete my Basic Life Certification.  First Chris happened to be in the hallway when I arrived at Gilmore and kindly switched direction to escort me to the office, then he later helped me find a course that would meet my deadline.  He was friendly, patient, and professional.
