I began my career here at Bronson in the Bronson Methodist Hospital Emergency Department over 15 years ago as a patient care assistant. Today, I am a nurse who works as a Patient Safety and Quality Coordinator for Bronson South Haven Hospital.

The strong educational foundation that I received as a new nurse, in orientation, was outstanding! And, the investment that Bronson has made in my development throughout my career, is the reason my loyalty to this organization remains so strong. This is a hospital system dedicated to supporting all employees on their career journey.

When I look around me today, I see so many co-workers advancing their education and seeking out new opportunities with the support of their leadership teams and our tuition reimbursement programs. Even in this challenging time, Bronson continues to promote a culture of raising the bar and an environment that inspires professional growth.
