Bronson Positivity is not just a catch phrase, it is what they do every day

I searched for over 5 years for a doctor to perform my procedure, then Dr. Alan Stephens joined Bronson.

At the first visit with Dr. Stephens I felt confident and comfortable that he was the one I wanted to perform my procedure. He and his medical assistant, Paula, are so very caring, informative and always asked if I had any questions. The entire team made sure that I was physically and mentally prepared to have surgery.

I also would like to acknowledge the surgical staff that I didn’t meet until that day in the Bronson operating room. To my surprise, Dr. Stephens was there in the room with the staff prior to my surgery and was helping the staff get the monitors connected and making sure I was comfortable.

Bronson Methodist Hospital not only has the best team of employees, but Bronson Positivity is not just a catch phrase, it is what they do every day. I will share my story with anyone that wants to know about Bronson Positivity. I am confident he is the physician, and it was my time to have my surgery with such wonderful staff.

There will never be a question in my mind as to which hospital will get my services. Many thanks to all the Bronson employees helping me achieve such an amazing result. It will forever impact my health.
