Bronson MyChart Video Visit Gets 5 Stars or 2 Itchy Thumbs Up—A 10/10 All the Way!

I recently had an awful, itchy rash on my arms and face that started to get worse, so I called Bronson Internal Medicine—Portage. I spoke with Julie, a registered nurse. She was pleasant, asked a couple questions and agreed that I needed to see my doctor, Todd White, DO. She suggested that I do a video visit with Dr. White.
Getting in for a Bronson MyChart Video Visit was super quick. Julie scheduled a same day appointment for me. Then she guided me on how to access the Bronson MyChart app and how to complete the pre-appointment paperwork in Bronson MyChart.
The video visit was super smooth. Dr. White was well versed in caring for patients virtually. My favorite part? Not having to show my rashed out face in public or risk giving poison ivy to someone else who maybe highly allergic. Even if there wasn’t a pandemic, I would still do it this way. It saves SO MUCH TIME. I don’t have to leave work, or pack the kiddos up. It was super convenient and I would absolutely recommend it to family and friends!
