Thank you, Brittany, for being a shining example of Bronson Positivity

On July 18, I took a family member to Bronson Advanced Cardiac Healthcare in Kalamazoo for a cardiac ultrasound. The patient is almost 92 years old, and the care she received was outstanding. Brittany was the technician who always made sure she felt safe, respected and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She showed the kindness you would expect if it were her own grandmother. Thank you, Brittany, for being a shining example of Bronson Positivity and for treating this dear woman like royalty.
