I was scared and worried and she did everything to help me

I was in outpatient surgery for breast cancer and wanted to let Shelby V to know what a treasure and remarkable woman she is. She could tell I was scared and worried, and she did everything to help me with the process. It’s hard on nurses to have a busy day and this place was crazy, but she never let it phase her. She did her job plus some! I truly thank her for making my day better. We need more of these types of people that truly love their jobs.
