As a practice manager, I appreciate the opportunity Bronson has given to me.

With over 30 years in the medical field, my career has taken on a few different paths. I started as an X-ray tech at a local hospital, then worked at two medical orthopedic practices – as a front desk receptionist and practice coordinator. In 2014, Bronson gave me the opportunity to be the practice manager of Bronson Orthopedic Specialists. Not only has Bronson believed in me, and my capabilities to do the job of managing a practice with a team of 39 at three locations, but they gave me the tools to succeed as a leader.

Our team of five orthopedic physicians, five advanced practice providers and 29 clinical and administrative staff is great! Our team is supportive of each other, striving to give the best care possible to our patients and our community. As a matter of fact, our team, including our physicians, is working on best practices to make ourselves an even better team and ensure we give exceptional care to all of our patients and their families.
