All hospital staff were supportive and comforting

This correspondence is to share our recent experience at Bronson Hospital, and to officially report the outstanding care our brother received during his last days of life. The entire experience although extremely stressful, was made a bit easier by the direct actions of your fine facility and staff.  All hospital staff were supportive and comforting.

My family and I wanted to express our sincerest gratitude for the genuine and compassionate care your staff provided to our brother, Frank.  Frank’s primary care providers were Allison (Ali), Alicia, Holly, and Rachel.  These incredible staff members went above and beyond to ensure our brother was as comfortable as possible while in his final stages of life.  Additionally, they did all they could do to assist Frank’s family and family friends during this difficult time. These young ladies were professional, sweet, kind and a true blessing.  These words fall short, every action these ladies took reflected their commitment to providing quality care and dedication to serving others. Of course, we would not want to forget to mention the important role the physicians and specialists played.

Please share our deepest appreciation to these wonderful ladies. These hard working nurses deserve high recognition for the excellent care and service they provide, as well as raises.  Please pass along our words of praise and appreciation.
