My husband had knee replacement surgery on 4/18/16. We were very impressed with the pre-op cleaning patients had to do prior to surgery to help prevent infections. Also learned there was a delay in surgery because one of the orthopedic doctors wanted a re-cleaning of an operation room. Great to see how the staff makes this a priority. Every staff, volunteer, nurse, nurse aide, PT, PT aide, OT, doctor, etc. took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, was polite, kept us calm and had a nice sense of humor. Thank you to Dr. Burkhart, nurses – Toni B. (2nd floor), Danesha (2nd floor), Barb , Ann (PT), Mellissa (PT Aide), Kristen B. (PTA), Amy (PTA), Dr. Todd Bennett, Brandon G. (PTA). Appreciate the purified water in the waiting rooms. Food in the cafeteria was plentiful and delicious. Loved the healthy/vegetarian choices.
